I will not come back, a great stay in 2020. We accidentally left an artifact at the location in the living room, a week later, no retrieval or update.

Female security who was very rude, flat out told us, I need to see IDs because I do not trust you, at this point, we had checked in, and we were informing her that the 2 vehicles behind us were with us, "still need to see their drivers license, I do not trust you, you will be towed." Our neighbors constantly smoked marijuana.
You still only get one roll for backup, we stayed for a week. Supplies are limited and staff do not accommodate, for example, you are only provided with 1 toilet paper roll to refill, not taking into consideration, that the rolls left behind may be partial, if not half used. Water residual in the kitchen sink from a previous leak. Broken sink faucet in a master bathroom on the first floor, there was soap scum build-up in the showers. We found rat feces on our stove, there were not enough cooking items for a house for a party of 8 adults. We had to deal with a verbal altercation when we were the ones cut off to get in. Basically have to deal with road rage, cutting others off to get in if you had a card to open the gate. Upon arrival, there were long lines for check-in, the gate lines are horrible, as some guests have cards and others present IDs to get in. We stayed at Encore resort in 2020, we decided to book again for 2021.
